This Site is owned and operated by Jessica Ryan (ABN 62 611 642 049) trading as Curate & Style. These Terms together apply to all site visitors, members of our programs, clients, customers, stakeholders and all other users of the Site.
Consent to website terms of use
By accessing and using this site, our social media channels and any other materials made available to you including but not limited to our Wardrobe With Intention program, C&S Collective program, Seasonal look-books, eBooks, Facebook groups, webinars, checklists, masterclasses, and other digital products whether made available for purchase or not, you are taken to accept our terms and conditions.
By using the Site, accessing or purchasing any of our Online Services, you warrant that:
(a) have read and accepted these Terms; and
(b) will comply with these Terms.
Your continued use of this Site and products or services provided by Curate & Style is deemed acceptance of any modifications or amendment of these Terms.

Our Digital Downloadable & Intellectual Property
The Site and our Online Services contain intellectual property owned by Curate & Style including, without limitation, trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, design elements, patents and other intellectual property rights, as well as the business name, logo, all designs, text, videos, audio files, graphics, other files, and software (“Content”) and is protected by copyright law.
This Content is the property of Curate & Style and is provided to you under the following terms and conditions:
1. Personal Use
By purchasing or downloading our fashion guides, checklists or other digital products or Content that are downloadable, whether directly or via our courses, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, access for your own personal use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any part of this Content without the prior written consent of Curate & Style
2. Restrictions:
You are prohibited from using this digital product or its Content for any unlawful or unauthorised purposes. Any such use may result in civil and criminal penalties.
3. Copyright Notice:
You shall not remove any copyright notice from any of the online services or digital products. Doing so may infringe on our intellectual property rights.
4. No Transfer of Rights:
The purchase or download of our digital products does not grant you any rights or ownership in the Content. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Curate & Style.
5. Reporting Copyright Infringement:
If you believe that this digital product or its Content infringes upon your copyright or the copyright of someone you represent, please contact info@curateandstyle.com with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.

Our Online Course Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your purchase and use of the online course ("Course") offered by Curate & Style. By purchasing and accessing our courses including Wardrobe With Intention C&S Collective, and other courses we offer, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or access the Course.
2. Course Access
2.1. Access Period: Upon purchase, you will be granted access to the Course for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
2.2. User Account: To access the Course, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring that unauthorized individuals do not access the Course using your account.
2.3 Cessation of service provision:
We have the right to discontinue this site and/or services and products. If we decide to do this, it can be at any time and may be without notice to you.
For components of our offers, access to content and/or services/products may be described as "evergreen" or "ongoing." "Evergreen/ongoing" access means that you will have continuous access to these specified resources within your purchased offer until such time as the underlying technology is no longer available, or Curate & Style ceases to maintain or provide the technology, product, or content. Please note that content, services, or products may be discontinued at any time and without prior notice.
3. Course Content
3.1. Ownership: All Course content, including but not limited to videos, text, images, and materials, is owned by Curate & Style and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2. License: By purchasing the Course, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
3.3. Prohibited Actions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Course content without the prior written consent of Curate & Style.
4. Payment and Refunds:
4.1. Payment: Payment for the Course is required at the time of purchase and is non-refundable, except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
Payment plans are also accessible for some of our courses by which if entered into, you acknowledge and agree to the full duration of the payment unless otherwise stated in writing and make timely and full payments to Curate & Style for the course, program or service purchased.
Where you fail to make payment or payment is declined for any reason, Curate & Style will allow 1 more attempt to settle payment. Beyond this, Curate & Style may revoke your access to the Online Services, without refund.
When making payments to us, you warrant that you have read the terms and conditions of any third party payment gateway provider or credit provider (e.g. Paypal, Stripe etc) which are available on their respective websites.
4.2. Refunds: Our courses and programs are non refundable unless otherwise confirmed in writing with Curate & Style.
5. Disclaimers
5.1. Course Results: The success and results achieved through the Course may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
5.2. No Individualised Professional Advice: The Course is for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult with appropriate professionals for specific personal style and wardrobe advice that is tailored to your unique needs.
5.3. Your discretion: Actions taken based on the information or education given within our courses and programs are made at the users discretion. Curate & Style are not liable for the losses of, or any damages in relation to the donation or sale of wardrobe items.
5.4: Featured Products: Throughout our programs and courses we feature products provided by third party retailers. We are in no way affiliated with these brands. We have no control or affiliation with production, manufacture, services or marketing of products their pricing.
The products featured within our programs are for educational purposes and recommendations made are not tailored or individual. Purchases you make based on the product information shared within our programs and courses are at user discretion. It’s up to you to decide if those products, websites and their offers are appropriate for you, and we recommend that you undertake sufficient research to make these decisions. Curate & Style are not liable for purchases deemed unsuitable or unsuccessful by the client.
5.5: Technology: Curate & Style's products and services are hosted on third-party technology platforms. We utilize providers such as Kajabi, Shopshare, GoodPix, LTK, and others to deliver our services to you. Please note that Curate & Style is not affiliated with these technology providers. Therefore, we are not responsible for any changes to these platforms or any interruptions in service that may occur due to actions taken by these providers.
6. Modifications and Termination
6.1. Modification: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Course, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
6.2. Termination: We may terminate your access to the Course at our discretion if you violate this Agreement or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful or disruptive.
6.3 We reserve the right to modify the pricing of this membership at any time. Any price increase will apply to all new sign-ups. Existing members who have opted for the quarterly payment plan will continue to pay the installment amount stipulated at the time of their initial sign-up.
7. Privacy
7.1. Data Collection: We collect and process your personal information in accordance with privacy guidelines.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By purchasing our courses or programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Our subscription Terms and Conditions. Updated 3rd March 2025
1. PAYMENT OPTIONS
1.1 ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
1.1.1 Annual Subscription prior to 13th February 2025
If you choose to pay in full, you will receive 12 months of access to the membership, with an additional 25-day grace period honoured to ensure you can fully maximize your lookbook across all four fashion seasons (390 days in total). This includes access to all course content, the private community, and bonus resources. Please note, this payment is non-refundable.
For all Pay A Year customers, your subscription will not auto-renew. You will receive an email notification prior to the end of your 365 days access. To maintain access beyond your initial subscription period, you will need to purchase a new subscription.
1.1.2 Annual Subscription On or After 13th February 2025: For all Pay In Full customers who purchased on or after 13th February 2025, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your 365-day subscription period. You will receive an email notification prior to your renewal date, including a reminder, the option to cancel, and information about your upcoming payment. Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you choose to cancel. To avoid additional charges, please ensure you cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
1.2 QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTION
1.2.1 For All Quarterly Subscribers (Before and After 9th December 2024): Upon selecting the quarterly payment subscription, the stated amount will be automatically deducted every three months from the payment method provided at checkout. As long as your subscription remains active, you will maintain access to all Effortless Outfits content, including look-books, bonus resources, video content, and the private community.
1.2.2 For All Quarterly Subscribers prior to 9th December 2024: The requirement to manually renew your membership at 12 months is now obsolete. Your membership will continue automatically unless cancelled. An email will be sent in month 12 of your subscription to remind you of the rolling subscription and provide an opt-out option if you wish to cancel.
Access will cease only upon cancellation. Payments & access will stop immediately upon cancellation. You may cancel at any time by following the conditions outlined below. Payments are non-refundable.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 If you have chosen the annual or quarterly payment option, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@curateandstyle.com.
2.2 Cancellation must be requested in writing. We will confirm your cancellation with a written response.
2.3 Cancellation will take effect on the date we receive your written request. To maximize your membership benefits, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly rather than self-canceling. This ensures you won’t miss out on any new content releases, as payment schedules may align differently with our content drop dates.
2.4 Upon cancellation, access to all Effortless Outfits resources on our platform, including the private community, will cease immediately.
2.5 Cancellation of your membership will result in cessation of all future payment deductions for the product Effortless Outfits.
3. QUARTERLY PAYMENT PLAN FAILED PAYMENTS
3.1 In the event that a quarterly payment fails due to insufficient funds or issues with the payment method, our team will contact you. In most cases your payment provider will also contact you not notify of a failed payment. A subsequent payment attempt will be made within 3-5 days, and again in 7-10 days (dependant on your payment provider). 2 further attempts to deduct the payment will be made 3-5 days thereafter, and another 3-5 days thereafter. If the payment is not successfully processed within 3 attempts, we will notify you, and your access to all materials, the private community, and the course portal will be cancelled. Access will remain cancelled until your membership is reinstated by completing a new sign-up.
3.2 If you have any questions about a missed payment, please feel free to contact us at info@curateandstyle.com and we can advise of how to proceed based on your specific payment provider.
4. ACCESS DURATION
Upon sign-up to the Effortless Outfits membership, you are granted 390 days access ( that is 12 months standard access plus a 30 day grace period to ensure you have time co consume all content for the season) to our private course content and private community on Facebook. You will be contacted via email 14-30 days prior to the cessation of your membership by which you will be offered to resubscribe. Failure to resubscribe will result in an automated cessation of your access to the private course portal. Unsubscribed customers are manually removed from the private Facebook community periodically.
4.1 Pay in Full: Upon sign-up to the Effortless Outfits membership, if you pay in full you are granted 390 days access ( that is 12 months standard access plus a 25 day grace period to ensure you have time consume all content for the season) to our private course content and private community on Facebook.
You will be contacted via email 14-30 days prior to the cessation of your membership by which you will be offered to resubscribe.
Failure to resubscribe will result in an automated cessation of your access to the private course portal.
Unsuscbribed customers are manually removed from the private Facebook community periodically.
Subscribers post 9th December 2024 (inclusive):
4.2 Quarterly Installment Subscribers prior to 9th December 2024:
Upon sign-up to the Effortless Outfits membership, you are granted 390 days access (that is 12 months standard access plus a 30 day grace period to ensure you have time co consume all content for the season) to our private course content and private community on Facebook. You will maintain this access as long as your membership remains active,
You will be contacted via email 14-30 days prior to the cessation of your membership by which your final quarterly instalment will be charged.
Should you choose not to resubscribe will result in an automated cessation of your access to the private portal and resources.
4.3 Quarterly Installment Subscribers prior to 9th December 2024:
From December 9th, 2024, all new subscribers will enroll under a rolling subscription model.
By choosing the quarterly payment plan, you will be automatically charged every three months using the payment method provided at checkout. Your active subscription grants you continuous access to all Effortless Outfits content, including look-books, shopping links, bonus resources, video content, and the private community.
If you choose to cancel, access to all content and resources will end immediately. For details and recommendations regarding cancellations, please refer to the terms outlined above.
Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
5. CONTENT SCHEDULE AND PAYMENT ALIGNMENT
Effortless Outfits content is released quarterly, carefully timed to align with peak fashion seasons. Approximate dates for these content drops are provided on the Effortless Outfits landing page and within the private member portal for your convenience. Publish dates may vary based on fashion availability, market trends and business needs.
Please note that the release of new content does not always align with your payment schedule. Subscribers can join at any point during the year, your payment dates are based on the timing of your initial subscription, and subsequent payments will be deducted quarterly.
Regardless of your payment schedule, you will gain access to all available content upon joining and continue to receive new content as it is released, as long as your subscription remains active.

Whilst we do our best to ensure the quality of the items recommended inside our wardrobe guides, Curate & Style is not liable for the quality, fit and design, buying experience or customer service of external retailers. Please read reviews thoroughly and check on return policies of all retailers before purchasing. Due to the fast moving nature of the fashion market some item's may sell out and be unavailable. Curate and Style are not liable for the stock availability of featured pieces.

7.5: Client interpretation required: The look-books and content inside Effortless Outfits is designed to act as a guide to inspire your outfits whilst you apply your own unique interpretation for your lifestyle, personal style, budget and body shape. You may need to complete your own research to shop and locate products that work best for your individual needs.
8. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Curate & Style values the privacy of their clients. Discretion is guaranteed & personal information is kept secure. Curate & Style does not sell or exchange our client information to third parties.
Links to other products, Websites & Products
Our Site and social media channels may have links to other sites operated by third parties. Unless we expressly tell you otherwise, we do not in any way control or approve of and nor are we responsible for the content, products, services or pricing on those websites. It’s up to you to decide if those websites and their content are appropriate for you, and we recommend that you undertake sufficient research to make these decisions.
Descriptions of our services and offers
We try to be clear and informative when describing our online services and products and do our best to describe and display them as accurately as possible. Whilst we try our best, occasionally there may be information that contains type errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability.
